If you’ve been following me for a while you know my obsession with beauty is serious! I’m an advocate of red-light therapy because it does so much to improve the skin's overall health.

Using the Solawave Skincare Mini
Unlike the original wand, the Solawave Skincare Mini can be used on both your face and body since it doesn’t include galvanic current.
Using the device is easy, you glide the mini in circular motions for three minutes on one focal area before moving onto another. Your total treatment should take no longer than 12 minutes, after which the device will automatically shut off.
My personal review
What I love most about this device is its size. It’s palm-sized so I tend to just keep it on my nightstand or coffee table and it’s perfect to use while mindlessly watching Netflix!
The warmth is so relaxing, I find it helps ease me into a calm state. Plus, it’s designed with a PopSocket-like handle, making it really easy to angle on your face, and to grasp, so you don’t drop it.
As for the results, though it’s a little hard to see in the photos above, I definitely noticed my face was less puffy and looked a bit brighter overall immediately after using it.
I love the one-two punch of the device and the serum, which boosts it’s effectiveness. Whenever I stay on top of it, even for a few days, people are commenting on how good my skin looks. I definitely see a difference in texture, fine lines, and redness. Worth it!

Results (I mean that’s all we care about, right?)
While the Mini device is not as powerful as its larger counterpart, it still provides noticeable benefits.
I found it excellent for a quick lift, reducing minor redness and inflammation, and giving me a nice little lymphatic massage while relaxing on the couch. I find the whole experience relaxing and it helps maintain overall skin health.
Overall, I think this device is totally worth its less than $90 price tag—especially if you’re someone who tends to end up with a puffy face post-travel or early in the morning and want to have a quick fix on hand!
